Proposal: Require all people entering the country to provide proof of health insurance, even if they're only coming across the border for the afternoon to go shopping

That solves it for 1 day, but what happens when they overstay their visa?
That is a great idea
But that would keep poor people from coming to the U.S.
Good start, but it needs to be U.S. Insurance policy - imagine billing India for treatment
Illegal immigrants will still come without it
Nobody should have to prove anything to come to the U.S.
Not just insurance, but proof of a recent physical exam

Insurance companies make too much money as it is
Require to show Health Records of 1 yr. to present day
