"Congress shall make no law [...] abridging the freedom of speech"

Why is Congress able to outlaw advertising of Tobacco?

Choose all that apply
Because Tobacco costs the health care system more
Because it's OK for kids to see ads for condoms & Viagra, but not for cigarettes
Because I'm not a smoker and don't care
Because if they outlaw tobacco, the government loses billions in taxes
Advertising isn't speech because it isn't free
Corporations don't have free speech rights
Because the government has the guns and prisons
The Constitution is a living document
Because you can’t speak while drawing deeply from a smoke.
Because tobacco is sold in interstate commerce
Tobacco is very different than Tea from England
Because the NAB wants it that way
Because Tobacco is an illegal product like Marijuana
Because people have to be protected from themselves
To protect the children
Because a majority in Congress & the President do not respect the Constitution.
