What does that mean?

This is not a "private" radio advertisement
Self-regulation of radio advertising is not working

They're trying to fool you into thinking it is a government announcement
Same idea as junk mail that looks like a check
If it was an important announcement, they wouldn't need to say so
Their parents didn't read "The Boy Who Cried Wolf" to them as a child
