A common problem with foreclosure is once the house owner decides it "is over", they burn down the house or "trash" the house - destroying everything on the inside they can.

The solution to this problem is:

Choose all that apply
It reduces excess inventory, raises market values. Hire them to burn others.
Promise to give them some cash if they leave the house intact
prosecute through normal channels for damage
Don't ever kick a person out of their house for not paying the mortgage
Require a 20% down payment so this doesn't happen
Pass more laws and make more prisons
Reach an agreement where the person stays and pays rent.
That's what insurance is for
Everyone should have to pay cash for their house
Don't discuss this on TV as it just gives people ideas
Make the government reimburse the lender for the damages
Impound their vehicles
Create a new program to educate people in foreclosure
Shoot the bastards
