The head of Emmis Communications says he wants the Federal Government to require that all cell phones have FM radios so they can be used to get information in emergencies. What do you think of that?

If people wanted a radio in their cell phone, it would already be there

Most people already have radios that work when the power is off.
Let's add in the PPM device so the cell phone can tell Arbitron what you're listen to!
