If the government found out a rich person was going to leave the country with all their money, what should it do?

Revoke their passport before they leave
Tax the money at 50% when they remove the money from the US.
Make it a crime and put them in jail.
Force them to pay income tax for 10 years after they renounce their US citizenship.
Nothing - it is their money.
Put them on a "No Visa" list so they can't get back in the country
Send them an absentee ballot so they can vote for Obama from Belize.
Prohibit them from collecting Social Security retirement and Medicare
Tell them that they and their money are always welcome to come back.
Too late - me and my money are long gone!
