For public transit systems, for each $1.00 they spend to run the buses, trains, streetcars, etc... how much money should they charge the riders to ride?

Everyone should ride for free
Riders should pay 10% of the costs
Seniors should ride for free
Veterans should ride for free
Poor people should ride for free
College students should ride for free
Riders should pay 25% of the costs of the service
Riders should pay 50%
People riding during rush hour to get to work should pay more
Riders should pay 75%
Riders should pay 90%
If they can't break even, government shouldn't do it
If they can't make enough money to buy their own buses, they shouldn't do it
If anyone could run a bus company, the market would figure that out
