Why do most public school cafeterias serve Fish on Friday?

Bribes from the Fish lobby
Tradition
Because the Bible says to eat Fish on Friday
Fish would spoil if kept over the weekend
Fried Fish Sticks are healthy food
Separation of Church and State
Because the Bible says to not eat meat on Friday
Because the children choose the menu
It's a pagan tradition - "Fish Fry Day"
So Catholic children will attend public schools
Because Islamic Sharia law requires it
A holdover gesture for Catholics back when they didn't eat meat Fridays.
Because their parents want it
