If Rights come from God, not the government - and the 2nd amendment declares that the People have a right to keep and bear arms - do non-citizens have the right to own and carry a gun in public within the United States?

Choose all that apply
The Rights in the 10 amendements are not inalienable rights
The 'United States' is the 10 square miles of D.C.
Yes, and Americans are allowed to carry guns into Canada, too
Owning a gun is not an inalienable right
Yes, and in their own country, too - the right comes from God
Non-citizens are not "People" in the eyes of the Constitution
No they don't, but I can't explain why not
My head is hurting - please stop
Rights are not given by any entity, they are UNALIENABLE & can not be removed.
Yes they do, as long as they aren't convicted felons or mentally ill
god says you must obey the laws of man
Nobody has a right to own a gun - only the "Militia" run by the government
Rights come from Government, not God
