A man walking on a beach in South Carolina wearing an MP3 player was hit and killed when an experimental aircraft made an emergency landing on the beach.

What should the Federal government do about this?

Revoke the license of the pilot
Prohibit individuals from flying airplanes
Require crashing planes to land in the water
Prohibit flying planes within 20 miles of a beach
Determine if there was anyone at fault
Require planes to have warning sirens
Kill all the Portuguese man-of-wars
Stop licensing experimental aircraft
Nada, MP3 guy should had the volume down to be aware of his surrondings!
Outlaw walking on the beach
The NTSB and FAA should investigate why the propeller fell off. NOTHING ELSE!
Whistle Dixie and butt the hell out.
Require EAS warning chips in MP3 players
Clean up the beach
