It's 9 AM on a weekday in the downtown business area of a city. A 30ish clean cut black man in a business suit with a diamond in his front teeth approaches you and asks for directions to the Federal Court House (about 5 blocks away). He makes sure you see he is carrying a loaded gun in a shoulder holster under his jacket.
