Today's installment of "ADD News" - Obama declaring victory in Libya when there isn't any such thing; the convict awaiting death in Georgia; Congress is sparring over how much relief money to include in a stop-gap spending measure - all at the speed of sound. All this and the occasional gibe at Chaz Bono - he isn't for families as it raises too many tough questions.
