The Obama mortgage plan. An attempt to assist people to refinance. Suspect that poor folks will qualify and others will not. A lot of homes are "under water" and cannot qualify for a refi. What is it that Obama doesn't get about the housing market? We should stop having the government try to "prop up" the housing market.
