Let's scare the elderly - 80 million checks in jeopardy - says Geitner. BS Says Moon. The problem is giving out checks and they lie about the "lock box" - the Federal Government has already spent the money. Scaring seniors by threatening checks is base and leads us to an entitlement nation.
