Reaching out to the mom of a child who was murdered who has been to court 70 times now, but the killer still is alive. It's the Republican's fault since they didn't solve this in the first week in control of the State government. Dom snears when he says the word "Conservative"... ewww eww ewww... Guess he is trying to attract the "Conservative" Smerconish / Arlen Specter audience in Philadephia.
