(He is going to jail because he was out on bond for his perjury case, and one of the conditions is to notify the court if he leaves town - he visited Canada (which is right across the river) without telling the court - so off to jail he goes. The Governor (who is also a Democrat) is about to aggressively work to get him out of his mayorship job. | artstone

Conversation: Neither. They point fingers at each other and tell you to sue them to find out. The real answer is supposed to be Medical - your car policy may in fact have a requirement in it that you be carrying medical insurance, and the auto insurance pays what's left over. Don't get me started about insurance.
However, if you carry people in your car who don't have their own health insurance, your car company is primary payer. If you have chosen not to carry auto medical coverage and the passenger has none, and you were at fault, you could have a problem. | artstone
