He is extremely well informed. He is fearless in speaking truth to power. Connects the dots in politics and the media as far as who is related to who and why they take the positions they do. He is politically INcorrect and proudly so.

Not only does Chris Plante offer an informative and incisive product nearly every morning (and, beforehand, every evening), he does so in an entertaining and engaging manner. While it is fun merely to listen, and then to give the comments of both Chris and his callers a 'sanity check', it is also fun to call in to his show. (A fair-minded listener almost WANTS to call in and participate.) In the current environment, Chris focuses a good deal of time talking about the global war on terror (GWOT). Howevver, he does not dwell on it constantly, but instead dedicates enough of his show's time discussing other relevant topics (local government, national politics, the U.N., the Pope's visit, etc.). Nearly every day, Chris offers a new adventure in radio talk-show listening.

The fact that he is listed here and is only on on station says a lot. Try listen to him this guy worked for the left side on CNN and realized there are more important things than a paycheck.

He started off strong. A former news man from CNN so it could be assumed that he is used to engaging people in conversation and wise to the ways of the world. Sadly, his show doesn't live up to his background. Chris, when debating someone on a topic, will frequently resort to filibustering the conversation and making snide, personal attacks. This childish behavior detracts from his show and his message. There is no room for discussion and debate on his show.

Amazing talk show host. One of my favorites (if not my favorite). Intelligent, knowledgeable, great orator. He's one of the reasons I listen to talk radio.
